Product Description

Float Sensor for Water Heating System Switch:

1. Operating Principle:
   Float sensors, also known as float switches or liquid level sensors, operate based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetism. They consist of a buoyant float that moves up or down with the liquid level and a switch that is actuated by the float's movement. The float is equipped with a magnet, and as the liquid level changes, the float moves, causing the magnet to approach or move away from a reed contact, which then closes or opens an electrical circuit .

2. Functionality:
   These sensors have three primary stages of operation: rise, fall, and signal transmission. During the rise phase, as the liquid level increases, the float rises, and the magnet within it is pushed toward the switch, activating it. During the fall phase, as the liquid level decreases, the float falls, and the magnet moves away from the switch, deactivating it. The switch then transmits a signal to the control system indicating the liquid level in the tank or container .
