T type thermocouple is usually used together with indicating instrument, recording instrument, computer, and so on. It directly measures liquid, steam, gas medium and surface of solids that all kinds of productive process temperature from 0~1800°C.

The structure requirements of the thermalcouple of T type thermocouple.
In order to ensure the thermocouple stable and reliable work, its structure should follow the items below: 1) The welding of the two electrodes to compose the thermocouple should be firm;
2) The two hot electrodes should be well insulated to prevent short circuits;
3) The connection between the thermocouple compensation wire and the free end should be convenient and reliable;
4) Protection tube should protect the heat electrodes from the harmful media adequately.
